Agnes Pertuis

A resident of St. Amant and native of Acy, LA , she died early Monday, April 20, 2009 at Gonzales Health Care Center. She was 84.Visitation will be held at Ascension Funeral Home, 426 West New River St., Gonzales on Wednesday, April 22, 2009 beginning at 9am. Funeral services will be conducted by Rev. Boby Alex in the funeral home chapel at 11am. Burial will follow in Holy Rosary Catholic Cemetery. She is survived by two daughters; Pat Godwin and husband Robert, Sr., of St. Amant, and Sue Pertuis of Bourg, LA, two grandchildren; Robert Robbie Godwin, Jr. and wife Lynn and Debbie Bulman and husband Mike and two great grandchildren; Anna Bulman and Justin Bowie. She was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph and Bernice Acy, Sr., her husband, Leon Joseph Pertuis, Sr. and her son, Leon Bubby Pertuis, Jr. The family would like to extend a special thank you to the staff of Gonzales Health Care Center for their care and support.
