Beverly Peterson

Beverly Ann Flowers Peterson, age 63, passed away peacefully on Monday, June 4, 2018 at the Carpenter House of St. Joseph Hospice in Baton Rouge, LA at 1:25 a.m. A resident of Gonzales, LA and native of Baton Rouge, LA. She loved her family, the school children, and was a huge LSU baseball fan. She was a school food service manager with the Catholic Diocese of Baton Rouge and most recently worked in Child Protection Services at Most Blessed Sacrament Catholic School. Visiting at Most Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church, 15615 Jefferson Hwy., Baton Rouge, LA on Thursday, June 7, 2018 from 9:30 a.m. until Funeral Liturgy without a Mass at 11:00 a.m. celebrated by Rev. Philip Spano. Burial at Resthaven Gardens of Memory. Survived by her husband, Edmund Reece Peterson; father, William O. Flowers Jr.; daughter, Karyn Peterson; son, William Todd Peterson and wife, Shannon; three sisters, Linda Painter, Patricia McCaskill, and Bonnie McCaskill; three grandchildren, Nicholas Hyuk Joon Peterson, Luke Matthew Peterson, and Madeline Reese Talbot. Preceded in death by her mother, Beverly June "MeMe" Flowers; and sister Edythe Lynne Lasschuit. She was a member of Most Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church. Please visit the online guestbook.
