Chad Weydert

A resident of Holden, LA, he was killed on Friday, April 9, 2010. He was 38. Visitation will be held at Ascension Funeral Home, 426 West New River St., Gonzales on Monday, April 12, 2010 from 5pm until 9pm. Visitation on Tuesday will be held at St. Mark Catholic Church, 42021 Hwy 621, Gonzales starting at 9am. Rev. Rubin Reynolds will celebrate a mass of Christian burial at 11am. Interment will follow in Hope Haven Cemetery on Hwy 30. He is survived by his parents, Albert and Sandra Polozola Weydert, one brother and sisterinlaw, Paul and Regina Weydert, two nieces, Jordyn and Cydni and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Albert and Ruby Weydert, maternal grandmother Christine Polozola and his cousin Ben Weydert. Honorary pallbearers will be Floyd Hutchinson, Steve Martinez and Julius Bush, III. He was an avid motorcycle enthusiast. www.ascensionfuneral.com
