John Cox, Jr.

A resident of Maurepas, he died on Sunday, October 11, 2009 at the Baton Rouge General Medical Center on Bluebonnet. He was 49. Visitation will be held at Ascension Funeral Home, 426 West New River St., Gonzales, beginning at 1pm on Saturday, October 17, 2009. Bro. Dale Horton will conduct a memorial in the funeral home chapel at 2pm. He is survived by his wife, Nancie Harrison Cox, parents, Bobbie and Ron Cobb, three daughters, April Williams, Ginger Harrison and Ashley Cox, son, Jamey Koffel, sister, Debbie Langford, four brothers; Frankie and Donald Cox and Ronnie and Scottie Cobb, eight grandchildren and his godparents, Emmett and Alice Gallagher.
