Kristin Velardi

A resident of Sorrento and a native of Manhattan, N.Y., she died Wednesday, Nov. 24, 2010, at Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center. She was 30. Visiting at Ascension Funeral Home, 426 W. New River St., Gonzales, on Wednesday, Dec. 1, from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. Visiting continues at the funeral home chapel Thursday, Dec. 2, from 9 a.m. until service at 11 a.m., conducted by Deacon Thomas Labat. Interment in Hope Haven Cemetery, La. 30, Gonzales. She is survived by her life partner, Wileen Rodriguez parents, Richard and Regina Velardi motherinlaw, Mary Jane Rodriguez two brothers, Jason Velardi and David Velardi her best friend, Salena Hodges and a host of loving family members.
