Lula Mae "Mitt" Hebert, age 90, passed away peacefully on Friday, November 10, 2017 at Ascension Oaks Nursing and Rehabilitation Center at 5:30 a.m. Visiting at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church, Hwy. 73, Prairieville, LA on Monday, November 13, 2017 from 9:00 a.m. until Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 a.m. conducted by Rev. Gerard R. Martin. Burial at Hope Haven Garden of Memory, Prairieville. Survived by her three daughters, Verna Landry, Earline Borel and husband, Charles, and Betty Arceneaux and husband, Barney; two sisters, Jeanette Comb and Nell Lasseigne; brother, Lionel Comb; six grandchildren, Annette Cain, Wade Kennedy, Tiffany Blauvelt and husband, Bill, Chuck Borel, Tasha Farrell and husband, BJ, Shelly Graham and husband, Russell; and numerous great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren. Preceded in death by her husband, Pershing Hebert; parents, Oscar and Lillian Comb; granddaughter, Tina Kennedy; sister, Adeline Doucet; and brother, Oscar Comb Jr. Pallbearers will be Chuck Borel, Trenton Williams, DJ Williams, Chance Borel, BJ Farrell, and Russell Graham. She was an Elvis Presley fan. She was a member of St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church and a member of the Bereavement Committee.
