Marlyn Dickey passed away at home in Baton Rouge at 5:18 am on Sunday, April 18, 2021. She was 85 years old born on June 15, 1935 in New Orleans, LA. She retired from the East Baton Rouge Parish School System and a member of Family Worship Center. Visitation at the Crossfire Building at Jimmy Swaggart Ministry on Thursday, April 22, 2021 from 5pm to 9pm and on Friday 10am until service at 11am, conducted by Evangelist Jimmy Swaggart, burial will be held Monday, April 26, 2021 at 11am at Louisiana National Cemetery. She is survived by her husband of 51 years David Dickey; daughter and son-in-law, Cheree and Pastor Aaron Parks; two grandchildren, Timothy Ray, and Madline Ruth Parks. She is preceded in death by her parents, Edgar and Aline Rodrigue; sister, Dorthy M. Taylor; brothers, Hebert and Lester Rodrigue.
