Thomas 147Adner148 Evans, 68, a resident of Prairieville, Airforce and Navy veteran, and retired machine operator, passed away on October 20th. He is so loved and will be remembered by his family and friends for dazzling them with his brilliance and baffling them with his bull. He was an avid hunter and fisherman and could talk all day about sports stats and history. He is survived by nine of thirteen siblings: Randy and Annie, Rhonda, Wayne and Brett, Prairieville Buford, Galvez Byron and Pat, Denham Springs Ionne and Lionel Poirrier, Gonzales Ronnie Joe and Beverly, Southside, TN Freddie and Patty, Baton Rouge Lynn and Alcee Cifreo Prairieville Gwen Yoes, Prairieville and Delores 147Lokie148 Nieves, Gonzales brotherinlaw Bodie Southall, Baton Rouge sisterinlaws Nancy Evans, Baton Rouge, and Marie Tillott, Georgia and numerous nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his wife of 25 years, Rosalia 147Ruth148 parents John Wesley 147J.W.148 and Lucille 147Tinnie148 BerteauEvans sisters Lucille 147Lucy148 Southall and Doris Jean Guedry brother Jack brotherinlaws Kerry Yoes, Greg Nieves and Gordon Guedry nephews Danny Paul Guedry, Paul 147Junior148, Johnny and Jason and longtime friend Alice Poindexter. Internment and memorial services will be at the Prairieville cemetery located behind St. John the Evangelist in Prairieville on Saturday, October 23rd at 11:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers please make donations to the Prairieville Cemetery Association, P.O.
